Shipments are sent via Canada Post mail from Toronto, ON.
- If you selected no tracking option on your shipment your package will take anywhere from 2-10 business days
- 5-10* business days for USA
- 5-8* business days outside of Canada and USA
*Covid 19 has impacted our shipment estimations which may result in slight delays
Can I exchange or return my order?
All purchases are FINAL SALE. We are currently a small business with very limited inventory.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com We cannot guarantee your change request.
What if I entered the incorrect address?
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct this for you but there is no guarantee. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any changes.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
All sales are final. We are currently a small business and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility.
